Strength and endurance training is a great way to become fitter and stronger. Many of our clients have entered Spartan races, marathons and triathlons and we have helped them prepare themselves for these challenging events. We believe in helping you to be the very best that you can possibly be. We can even enter the challenges ourselves in order to support you. We use a combination of weights, kettle bells, body weight and boxing to increase muscular strength. We also offer sport specific training, so we can tailor the exercises for your individual needs.
