For flexibility, suppleness and relaxation we offer Dynamic Yoga. These sessions are taught by dance and yoga teachers, and provide a brilliant way to start the day or to unwind at the end of the day.
Dynamic Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. The choreographed sequence of postures that flow into one another build strength, unwind tight joints and loosen muscles. Stretching regularly helps improve flexibility, improves circulation and helps to alleviate lower back pain.
Claire Winfield, Head of Merchandising at Tie Rack, has a job that is very stressful and demanding. She really wanted to do yoga, but the classes didn’t fit around her busy work schedule. She was also suffering with lower back ache and upper back stiffness. We at WTY pride ourselves at finding the right trainer for the right person and, in next to no time, Claire’s trainer had her doing ‘sun salutations’, ‘downward facing dog’ and many more yoga poses all of which benefitted her enormously.
